iRacing Setup Viewer

Just download and enjoy. Its use should require no explanation. Otherwise, check out the FAQ.

The changes in the last iRacing update (version 2.3.1.6) are not working with the current iRacing Setup Viewer version 1.7. I will try to update the viewer as soon as my time permits.
